PROFILE

‘Citadel’ – ‘A castle of knowledge’ – a name deeply embedded in the educational map of Southern Kerala. Our Royal School is surrounded by God’s /Almighty’s grace. Citadel Residential School is a Co-educational institution, managed by the Catholic Diocese of Kanjirapally. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and follows the curriculum of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

The school is located in the midst of peaceful and natural environment at Ettichuvadu, Ranni in Pathanamthitta District.

Here learning is done in a congenial environment. Here each child receives an Education which is skill based and develops his critical and logical thinking. The learners are engineered by dynamic people who are fervent instructors of wisdom and knowledge. With us every child is trained to build an irrevocable conviction about right and wrong and evolves as a unique individual capable of taking stock of each situation, forming correct decisions, without losing right of the societal values, thereby each child becomes a responsible citizen in the family, society and nation at large. At Citadel, each learner is helped to lead an exemplary life, a life enriched with not only wisdom, but also admirable values.

Citadel strikes to identify the potentiality in each student, by imparting expert and activity oriented learning.

The Medium of instruction at Citadel is English. A special interest is taken that English is to be strictly used in the campus. We are at work from Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays from 9.30 am to 3.30pm, with the working days numbered upto 210 days. To carry out the administrative affairs, the school office functions from 9 am to 5pm, on all working days.
